I like it when I run across a Scripture in the New Testament that I can also find
in the Old Testament. It reminds me that our God doesn't change. One verse
found in Psalm 91:11 says, "For He shall give His angels charge over you, To
keep you in all your ways." That verse is found again in Luke 4:10, "For it is
written: 'He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you,...’" Angels
watching over me - what an awesome thought! How can I not praise and
glorify a Creator who guards His creation?
Sometimes I am aware of that watchful care when I have a near miss. An
accident that almost happened! Do you think things "just" happen by chance,
or are you reminded of those two comforting verses?
