God knows! That is something we need to remember. God knows. He knows
all about us and He knows what we do and say. God sees us when we are alone
and He sees us when we are with someone else. (He also sees you when you
look at your watch when the sermon is running too long.)
Psalm 31:15 says, "My times are in Your hand; Deliver me from the hand of my
enemies, And from those who persecute me."
I read that there are 525,600 minutes in a year. I know that God is interested in every
single one of them. He is interested in what we do with the minute between 5:04 and
5:05 today. He also is interested in the private time you call your own. God cares about
how we use the time He has given to us. Time, God's time, builds into days, weeks, and
even years if He allows it. We need to strive to use them well. Maybe we ought to give
back to Him some of that time to learn more about who gave time to us and why.
Turning to His Word for a few minutes might be one way.
