"Yetzer hara" is Jewish for the wayward heart. It describes the condition of
not keeping your eye fixed on the most important thing.

Hebrews 11:7 says, "By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen
as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which
he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith."

That verse is telling me that Noah did not have a wayward heart. He was warned
about the flood and took matters at hand, to save himself and his household. I picture
Noah, working day after day and announcing to those around him that God's judgment
was coming. I'm sure the building process was a noisy nuisance to his neighbors. He
probably put up with a lot of jeering and criticism, but he kept right on building.

We can now read in Matthew 24:37, "As were the days of Noah, so will be the coming
of the Son of man." Yetzer hara may describe your condition. You have plenty of warning,
but God won't continue to warn.

Heed the warning! Have a great day!
