God built into each of us the need to love and be loved. That bonding instinct can
present problems if we don't realize that He intended that to be spiritually, emotionally,
and physically, within the framework of what He told us in His Word. Sometimes, we
just don't like to be told "no" when it comes to choosing the people we seek to give us
any of those three. He wants us to be together but He also knows how that should be
for our best interest. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 makes it pretty clear, "Do you not know that
the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither
fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves,
nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God."
There is still time to make it right, before it is too late. How? Turn, pray, ask for forgiveness,
and step away.
