Life is described as a battle. Patience is not our enemy. Patience requires work
and that work is done quietly on the inside. That can be our best armor. When we
trust God and patiently wait for Him to take over some situation in our lives, He will.
God cares for us and is concerned about our welfare. Recognizing we need patience
helps us to recognize the true character of our Creator. Go to His Word and find a
promise and patiently wait for Him to fulfill it. Lamentations 3:22-23 says, "Through
the LORD’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They
are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness." He knows what is best for us,
and His answers are sometimes "yes" and for our good, sometimes "no".
