Aren't you glad that we have protection in the storms and crises of life? We don't
always acknowledge where that protection comes from. When we trust our Lord,
we know we can be delivered and not be disappointed. God is our protector. After all,
it is God who made the heavens and the earth. That includes you and me. Because of
that, He knows what is best and He cares what happens to each and everyone of us.
Matthew 10:30 is a verse that is hard to comprehend. It says, "But the very hairs of
your head are all numbered." I say that is hard to grasp because we don't even know
that about ourselves! Psalms 31:2 puts it this way: "…my rock of refuge, a fortress
of defense to save me. " I am glad that I have such a One who watches over me and
I know you are too.
