It might be a real learning experience if we had to switch jobs with someone.
Can you imagine how the doctor would learn humility when he had to be the
janitor for a while? We need to remember that no matter how high we go up
the ladder of success, we are really no different than any of those who are
still trying to climb. Grandma always told us to "be nice now", remember?
There is something to the fact that we need to be nice to everyone we meet
because you never know just who they really are. Isaiah 53:3 says, "He is
despised and rejected of men...and we esteemed Him not." That is the
foretelling of the coming of Christ. He knew who He was but they didn't.
Can you imagine finding out later He is King?
