How we communicate our lifestyles to others, verbally or non-verbally, tells them
how we value ourselves. Do you show others you think that you are important
enough? I don't mean conceited, I mean that you are someone with substance.
There are three ways we can do that: 1. Be fair in dealing with others and expect
the same from them. 2. Carry through with the commitments you make
(even to yourself). 3. Be humble and give God the credit in all things. We are
reminded in Proverbs 1:5, "A wise man will hear, and will increase learning;
and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels." We may know
those three things, but how much is reflected in our actions day by day?
